Yep, Hawthorn and Fremantle are the best value tips, but as posted above 'value' gets easily misused in terms of betting.

This ultimately isn't really about who will have the best year, it's more about who is most likely to win in a grand final between any one team and Collingwood, Geelong, etc.

How are they too high?

Bulldogs at 9th place seems about right given they finished 10th this year without Lake and Cooney (our 2 best players), North finished 9th this year and have a young list so 9th best odds is not unreasonable, St Kilda at 8th place also seems about right. (also yes where you finish at the end of the season is completely related to how good a team you are and your pecking order for a premiership).

They won't win it, but Swans at $34 are the value there.

Hawthorn at $7.50 also look alright, given they were 3 points from a GF and will get some key players back next year.
