I put $20 on Blake to poll 1 or more votes at $2.12 last week - come on Jason! :thumbsu:

Just checked, JPK to lead after Round 13 is $16 on Sportsbet.

I saw that, remarkable odds!! Hooefully our wallet is little fatter after round 13!

BLAKEY!!!

I, for one, am pleased that Jason polled those two votes. I hated the implication that he was the worst player ever to play 200 matches simply because he hadn't polled a Brownlow vote.
We love our Blakey. He has always been recognised as a dedicated Saint. He has always been counted in the fittest of our players. An awkward height - too tall to have the pace off the mark to make it as a midfielder, too short to be a genuine key position player (let alone a ruckman). His versatility and burning desire to play led him to take on any role asked of him. He is a true survivor. Very pleased for him.

Well done to Blakey. Saints supporters would have never considered him as the worst player to play 200 matches without winning a Brownlow. He can quite rightly hold his head high, as someone who not only played in some of the best Saints teams ever, but as a valuable member of them.

Bit surprised to see Lenny finish with the same amount of votes as Beams and Kennedy

Didn't hurt when he got 3 votes for a 22 possession performance (8 kicks) and 2 frees against (none for)!

Meanwhile Faz completely shuts down Kade Simpson after he was one fire and has 27 possessions - gets doughnuts.

I gave Farren the top votes that week too. Nevertheless I am proud of Lenny finishing in the top ten. Massive effort (even without considering all his medical conditions).
