The Bad News Bears continued on their duck eggs for season 18 with a 10 point loss to the Hawks in Round 5. Itsmyshow wound back the clock for a vintage performance collecting 24 disposals, 10 tackles and a goal whilst Karnezis_13 and Rendered Unsafe both finished the match with 3 goals apiece.

For the Bears the leaders stood up with pantskyle (23 disposals, 2 goals) and DemonJim (19 disposals, 3 tackles) whilst in the WET and RAINY conditions big Juggalo Balla looked funnily enough like a fish OUT of water only managing the 1 goal.

For no other reason than he’s my BFF The Half Back gets a mention just for trying his hardest.

As for the finals picture the Hawks are currently in on percentage alone so wins against the cellar dwellers are vital whereas the Bears can only hope to rustle a few feathers in the last few rounds and perhaps tinker with the side to find a winning formula.
