Made the AA squad last year behind Gulden. He's not better but he plays the same role for us. You do realise that you can have certain players be important in your team regardless of who's a better player yeah?. We lose Ambrosio it would impact the team the same way because of what he brings but if you actually paid attention to our team and the way we play you would get that. Teams are putting work into him this year why do you think that is? Just a run of the mill wingman yeah?.

Quality player but no where near Guldens level. Not even close. Arguably the Swans most important player.

In hindsight it’s an easy draw, Sydney and Carlton both with crucial injuries. Reckon looking back 4-2 is a disappointing start.

Looks like teams are protecting the ground better against us and are making it harder for us to use our wingers as outlets. We approached the Cats with a hand ball heavy gameplan today which worked well (at least in terms of generating opportunities, finishing them is another story altogether) but at the expense of our wingers.
