I think we get there, but we're limping home and we're gonna need more guys Slot actually trusts to compete for trophies again next season.

The Prem will make the necessary adjustment only after someone's leg gets broken. They've been too lenient on all those this season.

Also, Beto's high leg kick on a yellow on Kelleher and Pickford's ....hattery on Nunez. Pickford doesn't care about getting near the ball then. It's cynical violent conduct and should be treated as such, whistle be damned.

Nunez plays (off the bench) at least. Szob was obviously a candidate this morning for a sub and Elliott remained on the bench like a gym sock on a shower rod.

They’re good enough to use one or two of them against lower quality sides without upsetting the side. Klopp proved this and it gives the others much needed rest.

On another note, I’m going to have a bitch about Redmen TV. Every time we play Everton they think we’re going to roll over the top of them and play sublime football (maybe a slight exaggeration on my behalf).

Is there anything more to Chiesa thing than Slot not rating him? Our attackers have been poor for a while now and he always looks good when he comes on but even in a game like this doesn't get a run.

If we had a side that could put teams away occasionally we probably could rest him more. Also, FSG’s lack of spending might be playing a part as well.

We should savour this EPL title if it most likely happens fellas. It feels like a miracle that a side that struggles so much in matches is this far in front in the EPL with only 8 games to go. I’ve aged horribly this season watching us play.
