A friend of mine that knows a guy, that was told by a mate at the pub that his neighbour was talking to an ex player, that knows a player that used to play for port, that stays in contact with a current player that this guy will coach Port next year.

Clarkson isn't coming to Port. We are a small, off Broadway club who has been poorly performed for the best part of two decades and who he has to move states to coach. There's no appeal to coaching us, it's just not happening.

Agreed, plus the bloke has too many options much closer to home and even though he did put up with Kennett for years I can't see him wanting a bar of us while koch is involved.
