Gayle and KP tweeting condolences as well.

Remember him reasonably well, although perhaps more for his feisty, competitive behaviour than elegant batting. A true competitor and by all reports a bit of a character as well. Still remember that run-out where he was walking off the ground furious at Chanderpaul, only to be called back when replays showed it was Shiv who was short of his ground instead :p

33 is too young to go. RIP.

he manged to get away with it but didn't he stab some bloke in the chest a few years back?

Not sure he's a character, all the incidents with this bloke he sounded more like a psychopath.

Apparently failed a psychological assessment a few years back after shifting teams. Interesting guy to say the least.

Regardless of that, he was definitely a passionate guy who seemingly loved his cricket, RIP.
