In my completely impartial and unbiased opinion bring back the wall. Lock the Melbourne disease carrying rats in. We still play our home games in front of a crowd that way.

All teams needing to travel to Melbourne to play get awarded 4 points as a result Melbourne clubs disease riddled forfeiture.

One of the cases was in a shopping centre and Woolworths for 3 hours. Another was a kid who attended school and swimming lessons. They've found covid in the sewage there too.

If the dogs demons game has to be played behind closed doors, that will be pretty sick in a bad way.

It all comes down to doing hotel quarantines correctly. The Vic government is already responsible for the biggest quarantine hatchet job by far, you'd think they of all govts would be extra careful with any kind of arrivals.

Vaccination will help avoid overburdening hospitals, as restrictions and lock downs were designed to achieve.

Then politics decided it was no longer about that but rather moving to zero covid.

The issue with that is expectations. We now have people thinking vaccination will result in no covid or few deaths. But we already know vaccination reduces the symptoms not stopping the disease.

The reality is the immune compromised and weak will die regardless of vaccination and even be greater exposed to covid as the sick will say “it’s just a sniffle” and carry on daily life infecting others. Evidence in this, is there is no evidence that providing the flu vax to health workers results in better outcomes for patients.


Perhaps a balanced and realistic outlook is required.

The day of a public transport blitz? The government using the 4 new cases as an option to again ram how important it is to be vaccinated. Think about it. Ive lost all trust in this government, I had next to none anyway.

Same thing happened last week or so when old mate went to every shopping center in the northern suburbs, nobody got it. Then all of a sudden they realise that they got the supermarkets mixed up. What a crock of s**t.
