Yeah I've tried that and come up with something close but it isn't 100%. That said, the Bears one wasn't 100% either and I don't think anyone has noticed in the five seasons since I vectorised that logo.

I'm easy to fool because I don't know what vectorise means.

I can't say I've had a need to vectorise avatars before as I don't really have a need to scale images up. I've had to learn Photoshop to deal with that. Most SFA logos are 300 x 300 so having them in a vector format is great as you can scale them up and down and manipulate them without losing quality.
