We also have a showdown between 2 of the worst teams in the league. The Nets against the Jizzards is sure to be a cracker

We have the Florida Bowl, Miami v Orlando

Also hoping to see Denver win its 3rd for the season against the LA Losers

Or not. Artest just baited Melo perfectly to throw his arm and draw a sixth foul. It wasn't a foul but from the angle the ref saw it you can see how he saw it as an O-foul. Can't see Denver winning it without Melo on court.

And with Blatche on 2 fouls within 5 minutes ... dont look good for the Jizzards.

Could really dent the Nets record run. A 7th win today would mean they have to go 1-12 to finish the season, which isn't out of the question ... but would much rather 2-11.

1. didnt watch the game so cant comment on JR
2. fish for all his smarts (and president of the players association) is getting burnt more and more. he has always been a fighter, fighting below his division (height) in an offense that prefers taller guards. he's always come through the tough way, fighting through a div 3 college, fighting to get a spot on the lakers roster as a rookie, and fighting against clearly superior guards. his age, and miles in his legs, maybe taking their toll.

Blatche went out and the Wizz went 5 minutes, 18 Nets points, and 10 Wizz missed shots before they got another FG.

The only reason they got 1 point during that time was a defensive-3 in the key by Yi.

The Lakers would be better off playing Odom at the point, Fisher is just trash these days.

Hell they'd get more from Sasha playing as their starting PG, even with him chucking brick after brick.

4. artests basketball IQ is invaluable. however he's just as likely to go nuts.

He punched the air 3 or 4 times after the O-foul on Melo that sent him out of the game. It was a real Artest moment.

Melo wasn't pleased with the foul, let alone Artest punching the air and yelling as he turned to leave the court.



Kobe was 3-17 but his passing was key at the close.

Also no praise for Kobe who over the last two games has been playing very good team ball.

I think he had 8 assists the other night and 12 against the Nuggets today, is he starting to go back to team ball instead of Kobe ball?

Bucks are up 5 nearing half time against the Hawks.

Bucks going for 7 in a row. If they get this win, their next 2 games are against the Wizards.

It's good to see the Bucks have a bit of depth now and could even press for the #5 seed in the East with a bit of luck.
