For what it's worth, that's a fake screenshot.

That story never appeared in the NY Post, that lead journalist listed as the author hasn't written anything along those lines, and the inclusion of two Jewish organisations as supposedly being responsible for the legislation is absolute anti-semitic dog whistling.
