The ragvertiser is reporting that the blackout could be affecting the whole state. They're trying to get confirmation.

Think this is state wide. Cbd is out, southern suburbs, Northern suburbs, Mount Gambier. Traffic lights out everywhere apparently. Guessing lightning has hit a power station.
