Dogs v Saints: 43072
North v Dees: 26763
Adelaide v Port: 40371
Sydney v Brisbane: 30975
Dons v Hawks: 61006
Cats v Tiges: 24106

TOTAL: 226,293

i think the record is about 370k in 1998, which suggests that the last two games need to get 150k between them. western derbies usually pull about 40k which suggests the carlton-collingwood game needs 110k. unlikely.

but it could be around 350k which is very solid.

one skilled stadium game hurts, and north v dees also hurts.

Yeah, i guess if Cats v Tigers would have got around 40-50K at MCG or Dome.

not a good enough crowd from adelaide supporters (relax, i know the port fans are only very slowly returning) but understandable with their record. north v melb is a little low too? considering the good form of both sides.

Probably get close to 350k but i think the record is near 375k.

Fell short about 10k in the dons/hawks game, maybe another 15k if cats/tigers played at the dome and probably missing a couple a few thousand at the showdown and dees/kangas prevented a record.

It's NOT rivalry Round.

i know there arent true rivalries there.... BUT

there was an interview with a player (cant remember who it was, i think it was pavlich though) on fox who called it rivalry round

Also i read on the AFL website them calling it rivalry round, so im guessing some people disagree with the AFL official stance.
