Worst calls ever. Mills was moving back in a line, hands straight up, if there was any contact it was uncallable.

**** the Spanish and their flops earlier in the game too.

Partially have to blame our players earlier in the match, refs were hot on talking back and delly gives away a crucial tech in the fourth knowing full when what's been happening, gets benched and gives away shots.
 
refs GAGF but would have liked Anderson to take that shot. with 4s on the clock he's about as good as we could do there.

whole tournament umpiring be ******* though, mens and women i have NFI whats going on with half of them. unexplainable techs, flop warnings? those moving screens payed and others not....

Not a surprise the Puerto Rican ref called the foul about 5 seconds after the fact.

Honestly officials deciding games like that....Even the Gasol free throws before that on the 'push' from Baynes in the post...If they wanted to call that all the bigs wouldve been fouled off before half time.
 
Can't believe they got that close only to lose. While the last call against Mills probably wasn't there, it was one of many questionable calls all game against both teams. The refs were absolutely pathetic in this game. Even the high number of technical fouls and ridiculous unsportsmanlike fouls. It was more about them than the game. But putting the umpiring to one side, we had far too many turnovers and that is what cost us the game in the end. So many sloppy passes and panicked passes when we were in a good position to score and we were powerless to stop Gasol.

Brave effort certainly and definitely could and should have won it but certainly not disgraced. Spain are a great team and losing by a point to them is nothing to be ashamed of, unlike our performance in the Semi Final which was embarrassing.

Yeah his initial decision was to call nothing. Telling when the opposition (typical euro players) arent raving and ranting for a call...they knew it was crap
