Apparently when Alliir tried to kick the ball, he got into an awkward position and Higgo couldn't do anything else. David King saying the fault was Alliir's - he put himself in that situation; it's more duty of care on him than the Saint's player; etc.

So, the deduction to be drawn from this twisted logic is - Alliir should be suspended, not the tackler then?
Sited the incident last year for the Port doctor being very conservative.
