Valenti has signed with Port Melbourne - appears he hasn't nominated for the draft which is surprising, and has crossed to Port.

Disappointing for Shane that he didn't get more of a chance at AFL level, and also disappointing for Casey to lose a player of his calibre.

Used to go to TAFE with Nathan (as well as Peter Walsh) back in 2000/01. Champion guy. Hilarious too. Whopper was top shelf too.

Him and Peter Walsh came to my Auskick back in 1999/2000 i think.. anyway was a champion bloke, was one of my favourite players
