Unpaid? ******* hell, this deserves a hecktonne more ire than it has got so far. This should be picked up by the advertiser who hate us, surely. It's a total own goal.

Every single reply on the insta post is slamming it - they'll probably withdraw it and give the job to one of the Hinkley brethren, even though they must've already decided that they lack the necessary creativity and artistic flair.

Maybe the dumbest thing the club has ever done. Which is saying something
The club will have done three dumber things than this by COB today.

If we're struggling to make ends meet enough to pay a graphic designer I know a way we could get $800k+ per year off the books.

Genuinely surprised we haven't just decided to run our s**t through an AI image generator and call it a day

who is it that made all those pix with the quotes all over them, Alyx? this is just an excellent opportunity to formally apply and shove all that content in their faces. they'll inadvertently absorb all the cold hard facts and statistics that make their blood boil (losers hate accountability). we should all apply and all attach the same 'resume' with the same bunch of 'We Were Port Adelaide' stuff in a zip file or however it works. if someone has found the e-mail or whatever I am down

Ooh look, Ports are looking outside the tent for once. Can't pay you anything though...

Lol.
Wife's girlfriend's daughter was a GD for Port pre-Covid. Got put off because of it.

Later was advised she could have her old (modestly paid) job back at a massive reduction in salary, whilst still putting in the hours.
Did some decent work in her time as well.

Told them to shove it and got another gig elsewhere for way higher money and respect.

Now it's internships FFS.

Good to know we're still a high performance organisation though, just not on the field.

What amount isn't insulting then? If it's minimum wage then their talent isn't valued outright. How would 5-10 hours of $50 per hour contract seasonal work break the bank?

Wouldn't it fall under the marketing department that the club has a set amount set aside to spend? It's an overhead none the less.
