Dont know that Ballarat league seconds is too much to hang your hat on. Also question strength of MCDFL in as much as there is only about 5 strongish teams rest are ordinary. No doubt 118 goals in a season is a good return but how many were kicked against good sides?

Did he play reserves in Ballarat league?
Your right about the MCDFL but still gotta kick them. They will be handy solid players for wedderburn without being stars maybe

Apparently nully is getting a quality ruckman who will probably cancel out hoskings influence. Hargreaves can hold his own

How will Nully go with points played most games with 40 out of 42 points few new players will be 3-4 points each. A few will go down a point could still be tight

They are also losing some players. The likes of Rylee Smith are 1 point, a lot of their list have been at Nully for years, likes of Farmer, Quigley, Putt would only be 1-2 point players next year. I am sure they've taken it into consideration before recruiting.
