After a lot of consideration I'm going to allow trading. You can start trading whenever, but the thing is you must take on whatever that player's value is. For example, if Two Planks traded Brad Hill to 11kgm for Hayden Crozier, 11kgm must take on the 5 points Hill was valued at, and Two Planks would take on the one point of Crozier.

I have the right to veto any trade if I feel it's weighted to one player too much.
