French Oaks - Ballydoyle @ 7/2

3-5, -0.9 (61-159, +21.29)

Canterbury - Race 5 - 4.Cheeky Babe @ BT

Lightly raced filly who is first up since Decembe when she just failed as odds on fave at this track/trip. Warmed up for this with a trial win at Warwick Farm and broke her maiden on soft so shouldn't mind the wet track. Trainer is in form having achieved black type success at Eagle Farm two weeks ago.

Bendigo - Race 9 - 3.Greipel @ BT

Think the #8 is a false fave here and Greipel has far the better form for this. Has won his last 2 in this class including an easy win on heavy over this distance at Wagga two weeks ago. Was well supported that day and only goes up 1kg for the win.

Bendigo - Race 9 - 3.Greipel @ BT $7.10

4-6, +4.2 (62-160, +26.39)

Geelong - Race 7 - 4.Tea Tree Gully @ BT

Very soft maiden winner when sat up on the pace before kicking clear to score by 3 lengths. Looks to be more unexposed than the #5 who shares the top of the market, and if he can slot in from this wide gate he should have every chance of making it 2 from 2.

Geelong - Race 7 - 4.Tea Tree Gully @ BT

4-7, +3.2 (62-161, +25.39)

Eagle Farm - Race 8 - 1.Azkadellia @ BOB

Easily the best horse in the race and absolutely thrown in under the WFA conditions. Ran a shocker last time out but that might mean we just get a better price here today. Won the QOTT easily and this is much easier. If she is anywhere near her best I expect her to win and win well.

Eagle Farm - Race 8 - 1.Azkadellia @ BOB

4-8, +2.2 (62-162, +24.39)

Pakenham - Race 1 - 1.Valediction @ BT

Dominant winner of the Brierly who was an heroic 4th in the Grand Annual over a distance far too great for him. Back to his preferred trip here if he has recovered from that performance he should be winning this easily despite the weight burdern.
