The Saints just had an off night, Essendon are not much chop.

I think last night proved St Kilda are not as good as their ladder position suggested and that Essendon (whilst still no world beaters) were too good to only have 2 wins at that point of the season so far.

It needs to be said, injuries aside, Essendon's first 6-8 games was as brutal and hard a start to the season for any team in recent memory. Yes I hate defending Essendon but facts are facts.
