A truly elite defensive coach, maybe the best in Australia. Should get that role at most clubs out there.

Midfield was absolutely ******* awful this year though, he either was the mastermind behind the clusterheck or accepted it happening. Either way needed to leave the role.

Sorry to see Monty go. He was the best assistant coach we had this season. Carr returning is great, but with Monty leaving its a case of 2 steps forward and one step back.
