I don't know what else to do other than to warn the public that Budget Direct Car Insurance are exactly that a budget, hopeless car insurance company. my story is too long.....and I know this is a footy site, but I feel that it is my need to warn everyone...tell all your friends that you are only going to get stung by going with Budget Direct Insurance......6 weeks I have been waiting for my insurance payout 6 WEEKS....completely unnacceptable.....

Paid $29,500 15 months ago and no fault accident write off valued at $20,400 by them and $6,500 in extras insured but paid out $1,100 which is 19%. After 11 years insured wit BD now with another same premium and 2 years new for old and $31,00 agreed value cover. Be warned they no longer offer agreed at BD and screw you in every way when it comes to claims.
