I don't understand why there's such horrible dubbing on the Finish ad where the young girl tells her dad the dishwasher smells. Were they really too tight to make the same version in English?

I’ve noticed that in all the prepared food ads - Lite n Easy, etc - everyone eats American fashion, off the fork, prongs facing up like a spoon, not holding a knife in the other hand.
Also, the ads for dogs’ chewy bone things - my stomach can’t handle all the prolonged closeups of dogs’ bad teeth and diseased gums
