The latest tin hat wearing accessory - they genuinely believe this letter is legally valid and that the claims made in said letter are law which must be abided by

This includes a clause to use at card only venues of:
"- I shall pay you with Legal Tender (notes and coins) of Australia and offer you payment three (3) times.
- Should you or any of your staff refuse my three (3) attempts to pay with cash, I shall accept that any debt chain is discharged and you have waived any and all payment on the product."

I so want to see someone trying to use this letter because they'll be laughed at, legally it has no basis and if they walk out of the business without paying for goods it becomes theft
