Flyers win 5-0. Panthers are out.

Devils vs Caps and Columbus vs Preds just became bigger. Losing for Devils or Columbus is likely to mean they play Tampa in the first round.

Although a win will give them Penguins or Caps which isn't much better.
Columbus have scratched 9 starters for their game today. Would suggest they have decided that avoiding the Pens is the way to go

Boston comfortably beating ottawa and tampa down 1 to carolina after 2 periods.

If these scores hold boston could be going for the 1 seed in tomorrows final game. ( would only need to get to OT).

Tampa need to scratch out two goals to win the east. Even so they have looked average over the last month.

Yeah, Tampa's looked lazy defensively over the last month, especially Kucherov and Sergachev with some ridiculous turnovers.

Still, they seem to be able to turn it on when needed. If they bring what they did against Boston, they'll destroy teams.

Ovi with his 7th “Rocket” and finishes with 49 goals. Columbus in the first round it is, should be a pretty high scoring series. Think we will get up in 7

Tampa loss in overtime. Means Boston needs a win over Panthers tomorrow.

Kucherov is like watching Stevie J. One minute he's doing something miraculous, next he turns the puck over for a breakaway then changes at the wrong time to give a 3 on 2 that loses the game.

Kings have coughed up 4 goals on the Stars first 6 shots.
Sharks have levelled it at 2-2 but the pressure is on them now

Giroux is love, Giroux is life.

102 points, first career regular season HT

:fire:

Give him the Hart. Seems between Hall, who is the favourite, and Giroux I reckon. Kopi looking close too

Jim Hughson during circus time tonight, “Even the Oilers fans are cheering the Daniel Sedin goal!”

Checks standings... An Oiler “W” bumps them down the draft order by two spots (Rangers & Chicago). Think that might be the main reason, Jim.
Oilers’ “goals” celebrations apart from the goal horn were rather quiet.

It was a very nice reception/ceremony at the end of the game for the Sedin’s by the Oilers’ organisation.
