Not misguided at all. Durdin has a better closing speed and defensive pressure than Walker. Walker has played more as FWD and back ruck than a true backman.The only player that will be sweating bullets over this selection is BMac. I see Daw playing as a line breaking HBF than a KPD.

Walker is the insurance player we need after delisting Watson.
