FML went all the to bum**** nowhere Cora Lynn and there was no game on...

At Waverly now, caught the last 5 min before half time...

RFC players Gourdis, Thursty, Grimes, Tuck, Taylor, Nason, Browne, Webberly, Westoff... Maybe more but didn't notice them.

No idea of the score but I did see Coburg kick one goal to Carnell

No idea of the score but I would say Coburg would be winning by alot!

Browne just took a nice contested mark and probably kicked Coburgs 5th for the quarter...Troy has kicked 3.2 this quarter alone

No idea of the score but I'd say Coburg would have won by 12+ goals

All RFC players were good. Taylor best in the 3rd, Browne the best overall. I'll write a more comprehensive report later.

2nd half goals- Taylor 3, Nason, Browne, Carnel 2, Tuck, no. 8 plus a couple more.

Coburg players looked good too, they should do okay this year imo

saw last 15min or so, tigers were dominant, hawks would have only had 2 i50s in that time, thursty was good...agree Browney looked solid too, albeit his opponent was a beanpole. Nato busy..TT spilt a couple of contested marks that IMO if he has claims for a senior berth must snaffle....couldn't recognise anyone else...Boy there was some talent there though...lucky fellas those footballers:p

Reckon Browne will really be banging down the no. 1 ruck spot. Really worked hard, had some power spews when he came off

Wouldn't worry about taylors marking, took two in the 3rd

What a difference 18 hours makes. Last night it was all doom and gloom and we're stuffed because we lost to the Crows by 11 goals. Today our ressies come out and beat a Box Hill side that looks as if it was well undermanned and now things look good again. Guess it just proves that preseason results mean bugger all when it comes to what the season proper will deliver.

I don't see how you can group this Reserve's practice match with the match against Adelaide. Wouldn't say things look good again at all.

Agreed

Nah mate. It's the way they played, not the resulrs

team worked very hard, spread well when coming out of defence, creating alot of options...work around stoppages was dominant...No 49 I think is contin got a fair bit of it and did a lovely blind turn in the last, kick was a little off, but a special piece of play, was a few hushes in the crowd. Yesterday wasn't great in the face of ist rate pressure from a side that most have marked to be a top 5 or 6 but we have alot of reason to believe we will shape better when the REAL stuff starts
