With the distinct lack of leadership last night, there has been a lot of talk about who the next captain of the North Melbourne Football Club should be. I'm sure Boomer will probably retain the job next year should he want to, but beyond next year who is the man for the job??

With so many negative threads around I thought i might add this. For me the early form and consistency of Lachie Hansen was enough to give me hope moving forward. I think we've found a player we can build a defence around.
