    Very true.

    I have been reading reports that his ankle isn't 100% either. But the biggest thing for me was he didn't have the same commitment/passion he has for us. Even if we went 3-1 down, he'd be commanding the lads to get on with it but for England, he accepts defeat.

    Yeah it was getting well OTT at some stage, I think it's best to take no notice of it. Even I thought it was humourous, and because of it I have people trying to say I've renounced my heritage :eek:

    I've managed to agitate a few people by saying if they play the way they did they won't make 2014, that didn't go down too well. But hey, two of Croatia/Denmark/Switzerland/Serbia/Greece or even Ireland getting drawn in their group and it would be a possibility. Who'd have thunk they'd end up last in the group.

    Very true.

    That Fulham goal was something special. Proved very vital win for our title. Also, considering we got spanked by AC Milan in the midweek, I think in the San Siro massacre, it was special.

    Boy, I hope we get to see a talent like him again at Old Trafford.

    I pointed out that we pretty much played 15 mins of football the whole WC, but they insist that's not the point...

    Just decided to combine the account I was using with one that stuffed up a few years back under the name krisholio.

    Ah I see. A lot of the French players also seem to have Algerian descent so I can see where he is coming from. So I guess, it's play on.

    Rossell is basically pulling the figure from his arse. He's campaigning on the "Laporta is an irresponsible spendthrift idiot, you need me to bring financial stability to the club" ticket. Whereupon if elected he'll change absolutely nothing but claim that debt is now fine because now he's in charge the banks' risk will be diminished.

    Take what Laporta says the debt is, what Rossell says it is, and the real answer will be somewhere around the midpoint.

    If I change "cas" to "cat" in goes from castellano to catalan but there's no "eng" version for me to read. :(

    Rossell is saying we're currerntly 420m GBP in debt and I have nfi where he's getting this from. Any chance you could skim read pages 154-165 (the financials) and see anything that resembles that amount? I've googled translated a bit but all I can see is 30m euros of debt at June 30 2009. Surely we have not taken on 400m+ in the space of 12 months.
