"Offside Heartbreak" - sure to be a huge hit next year (thanks chat gpt)

(Verse 1)
In the stadium lights, where dreams take flight,
He wore his jersey with pride, under Sunday night.
But on the field of fate, where victory spun,
He stepped across the line, and the damage was done.

(Chorus)
Offside heartbreak, in the echo of the crowd,
A fumble in the rhythm, turned victory into doubt.
She wore his number like a love-struck art,
But he crossed the line, tore their dreams apart.

(Verse 2)
She cheered from the stands, her heart in his cleats,
But he danced with the sidelines, where defeat repeats.
A fateful misstep, in the game they played,
A love so strong, yet the moment betrayed.

(Chorus)
Offside heartbreak, in the echo of the crowd,
A fumble in the rhythm, turned victory into doubt.
She wore his number like a love-struck art,
But he crossed the line, tore their dreams apart.

(Bridge)
The scoreboard's cold, but her tears burn,
He played the game, but didn't learn.
A penalty of love, in the referee's decree,
The cost of his mistake, a shattered melody.

(Verse 3)
Now the field's empty, and the night is cold,
A tale of heartache, in the memories she holds.
He was her hero, but heroes can fall,
Offside in love, as the curtain call.

(Chorus)
Offside heartbreak, in the echo of the crowd,
A fumble in the rhythm, turned victory into doubt.
She wore his number like a love-struck art,
But he crossed the line, tore their dreams apart.

(Outro)
In the stadium's silence, where cheers once rang,
Love's final whistle, a bittersweet pang.
Offside in love, the game left scars,
A Taylor Swift ballad, written under the stars.

Hahahaha.

Unlikeable champions. Become entitled, spoiled, arrogant. There have been exceptions....Eagles from a few years ago comes to mind. Ravens perhaps. Brady's Bucs maybe Stafford's Rams possibly. But especially Patriots and now Chiefs with a golden boy QB seem to foster tue worst entitlement.

Theres AI that can also sing that in Swifts voice and put music to it. You should tracl that down, do it, and post to youtube

Wow, that's embarrassing for Mahomes considering it was clearly the right call and his team is coming off winning the super bowl from a fairly soft call.

No doubt he will wake up the next day regretting it, or maybe he won't cause usually American athletes use it to stick it up everyone the next time they win.

I thought he came across more than just a bit of a flog on the QB show on Netflix.

Struggled through the first episode of that series and have never bothered to watch the remainder. Should I? Not a fan of Peyton Manning or Patrick Mahomes, and Marcus Mariota is a charisma-free zone. I did like Kirk Cousins and his wife, but not enough to get me to select the remaining episodes.

Would much rather the series look at some of the lesser known quarterbacks in the league, like Gardner Minshew, though I suppose watching 17 weeks of Minshew holding a clipboard would not have made for compelling drama.

Its Nick Mullens time surely.... Mullens vs Browning would be a semi exciting matchup. Both guys can throw for 300+ yard games in their sleep.

Vikings HC Kevin O’Connell said the team will decide later in the week on who will start Week 15 against the Bengals.
After back-to-back disastrous outings by Joshua Dobbs, it’s hard to imagine O’Connell turning things back over to him without giving Nick Mullens or rookie Jaren Hall a shot. Mullens came on in relief of Dobbs in the fourth quarter and wound up throwing for 83 yards on 9-of-13 passing. The journeyman has bounced around the league since catching on with the 49ers as a UDFA in 2017, spending time with the Eagles, Browns, Raiders, and Vikings. A serviceable quarterback in a pinch, it’s hard to know how reliable Mullens can be for the Vikings, who are in the midst of a playoff push, but Dobbs isn’t instilling much confidence at this point.

Andy Reid says Chiefs wont give up on Toney

Ryan Clark says current Steelers players aren't buying into the Steeler Way anymore

I follow a former ESPN podcaster who, after being let go by ESPN more than 10 years ago, is bigger now (in podcasting) than before. He's also a Steelers fan and appears on their official fan radio station doing the drive (4pm-6pm ET). Tomlin is definitely on the hot seat in Pittsburgh, and they're not a franchise that change head coaches lightly. The Steelers have had 16 head coaches since being founded (as the Pittsburgh Pirates) in 1933. The Steelers have had three head coaches since 1969 - Chuck Noll, Bill Cowher and Tomlin. What an amazing run of stability, but it's certainly under threat.

Tomlin isn’t the biggest issue. Their GM should be fired and then the new GM can also fire Tomlin IF they choose to.

Steelers are wallowing in the middle. For a Ravens fan, it is great to see but for any Steelers fan, that would be really frustrating.

They’re big enough boys to work out what’s legal and what isn’t.
I have never in my cricket umpiring experience warned anyone and not called a no ball or a short run.

I do like how players expect to be warned lol...how about you don't stand offside in the first place?

So he got away with it multiple times and wasnt called. So the Chiefs get away with it a number of times, and when they finally get called they moan. Maybe coach ya players better ya whinging bastards

Patricia is coming off as an entitled you know what after this incident.

Wouldve been great as a double header
ESPN hated the double header because the first one started too early and the 2nd too late. The NFL also didnt care since it was lower ratings.

Oh they were coached alright...coached to infringe and get away with it. Got caught and boohoo
