I don't normally talk about grooming standards on the bay, but many workplaces are now allowing beards as long as they are well groomed.

I only bring this up because I think it's part of a growing societal trend, a good societal trend for a change, where beards are becoming more acceptable in the workplace.

So I guess that's a glass ceiling men have finally been able to shatter.

I mean, it's ridiculous to not allow beards in any context, but it's even more ridiculous to be a man, who willingly does not have a beard!

If you are choosing by your own volition to not have a beard as a man, hand in your man card.

Every man looks better with a beard, I defy you to find an one exception from this rule, just one.

I have never known a man who has grown a beard and looked worse. I have however seen many men shave off their beards and look a whole lot worse, to the point I can't even look at 'em. They go from looking like a man to this shrivelled up prune face but why? It takes effort to actively look worse.

Say what you will about the Taliban, and there's a lot you can say, but this is at least one of three things they get right!
