Why does the BigFooty app quote poorly, with all this emoji garbage.

The app is perfect for viewing on a mobile. The experience on the browser ain't good.

Chief are we able to do something to kill the BF app? I still see the odd post from people hanging on, and educating doesn’t seem to help.

Some bit of code that prevent the app from loading? Pulling the apis? Anything?

You can make a type of bookmark to the website that has its own icon on your Home Screen (i.e., a web app).

Basically behaves like an independent app, doesn’t have other tabs or favourites or anything from your usual browser and orks better than any of the third party stuff.

For the last few months I was clicking on the 3 dots in the top corner and clicking "web view" to post things, to avoid the emoji glitches.

I guess now I'll have to use the browser.

Help - Tapatalk App Issues - Tapatalk support now being phased out.

Go to https://www.bigfooty.com/forum/ for the web based version. We will be ending our use of Tapatalk within the next week (to 17th January, 2025). I know this may inconvenience some users, but the overhead in supporting the addon is getting too high considering the relatively small number...
