Please understand that everything they promote around this issue is a lie, that comes from hate.

It's designed to create fear and doubt in you, towards people of Middle Eastern ethnicity.

You know and have met Middle Eastern people. You know they aren't the evil subhuman creatures that people like [USER=43089]cancat[/USER] are trying to represent them as.

Child exploitation, rape, abuse etc is all incredibly distressing to hear, read or be reminded about.

Don't let people use these victims as a tool to create more victims.

Lets focus on ways to actually help victims and prevent more victimisation.

If any of this is really important to you, or impactful. As in if it's something so important that it can make you side with far-right ideology, then please take the time to inform yourself of the actual facts.

The information is incredibly easy to access. It just takes time and effort to read and understand.

Read it! Challenge it if there's something in there that you don't believe makes sense, or you oppose etc. Even raise it on here.

But educate yourself.

The world is out of control due to the promotion of ignorance and apathy as being virtues to strive for.

You can't be wrong or embarrass yourself if you don't know and don't care.

Being wrong isn't a bad thing. It's one of the ways we learn.
