I think this business about young men being frustrated about work culture is over played.

These cultural shifts have been in place for a while. These young guys don't know any different. If anything, it would annoy older men who came from a time where work was the main social outlet.

Cultural staples like after work drinks are fading out. People have expanded their social circles digitally and find partners online.

Policies that discourage work place dating are not anti-men or anti-women. As a business owner I can tell you they are anti-bullshit. Industrial relations law can make all their heartache my problem and I do not want to deal with the emotional or legal fallout from their personal lives. Get laid elsewhere. We are here to generate income.

So it's no real loss to young men as they don't consider the workplace their best chance to meet women anyway. They've got apps that get straight to the point. And don't forget there are always hot single mums within your area. Or so I'm told.
