It's so interesting how much weight some people put on the start of a season.

Were you writing off the Lions in 2024?

The Saints looked pretty poor in the first half of 2024 but ramped up their scoring and won 6 of their last 8 inc games over finalists Carlton, Geelong & Sydney.

Would you take those 8 games and say Lyon has credit if the Saints start poorly?

If the Saints, Bombers or Dogs start 5-0 would you be giving those coaches a long term extension?
