Why?

Trump was least popular when he was active politically, that's when his personal approval dipped.

And despite the win, his platform is still broadly unpopular. Does a second term in this case receive a "honeymoon" period, I doubt it. Especially when he is pressing the executive decree button so aggressively. Tariff threats, mass deportations and televised border militarization may make for great TV for his base, but everyone else?
