Could be a gun this guy.   Believe its a bit early for a PL move, should have spent another season at least in Ligue 1 before taking the plunge.   If he develops as expected we then could have sold him for 40-50m with ease. 

Unfortunately Blueco are fully aware of this and are pillaging Strasbourg as a result.   There's a lot of fan discontent about this on the ground in Strasbourg over these sorts of deals which seem to be focused on the best result for Chelsea.
