note - this is not against everyday catholics. 99%+ are fine - more aimed at the very elite ..

The history of Christians and Rome is strongly intertwined; from jesus living in a roman occupied place - to the christians being fed to lions and not long after it being officially adopted as the state religion.

is it possible the high Catholics worship the sun god/s as opposed to jesus? 'hidden in plain sight '

perhaps worth noting; the church was so corrupt even the jesuits were initial annoyed at the papal corruption and shady acts

Yes, yes they do....They just don't understand the origin of their own symbols & belief systems.o_O

way off track

however i may ask the smarter ones why did the vatican disregard the bible and change the holy day to SUN day

ihs_monogram_gesu.jpg

Not sure when the Vatican got up and running and where you are getting your info but Sunday was the holy day way back in New Testament days.
Here is a snippet for you

"

The Letter of Barnabas

"We keep the eighth day [Sunday] with joyfulness, the day also on which Jesus rose again from the dead" (Letter of Barnabas 15:6–8 [A.D. 74]).

Ignatius of Antioch

"[T]hose who were brought up in the ancient order of things [i.e. Jews] have come to the possession of a new hope, no longer observing the Sabbath, but living in the observance of the Lord’s day, on which also our life has sprung up again by him and by his death" (Letter to the Magnesians 8 [A.D. 110])

etc etc.

As for disregarding the Bible
"
Acts 20:7, 1 Corinthians 16:2, Colossians 2:16-17, and Revelation 1:10 indicate that, even during New Testament times, the Sabbath is no longer binding and that Christians are to worship on the Lord’s day, Sunday, instead.

Agree but sun worshipping is quite common to eastern mysticism and also in Egyptian mythology. Been around for 10,000 years. Mitra is associated in Vedas with "Sunrise" and Hindus do worship sunrise for over 10,000 years, its called "Surya Pranam" in Vedas. Surya=Sun God.

The Egpytian mythologies came a lot a later and then came the Roman empire.

Apparenty Jesus was stolen and copied from Ancient Egypt. There is from memory an Egyptian version of Jesus that's identical to the bootleg in almost every way.

FYI that's the Horadric staff. Catholics believe it's the key to unlocking Tal Rasha's tomb.

The Resurrection (La Resurrezione) is an 800-quintal (8 metric ton) bronze/copper-alloy sculpture by Pericle Fazzini in the Paul VI Audience Hall in Rome. Intended to capture the anguish of 20th century mankind living under the threat of nuclear war, La Resurrezione depicts Jesus rising from a nuclear crater in the Garden of Gethsemane and its dimensions are 66 ft × 23 ft × 10 ft (20.1 m × 7.0 m × 3.0 m).
