Community radio station that is ready to have a huge year ladies and gents.

91.3FM is for WA fans and there's an online stream for anyone else outside our beautiful state.

1st Grade and Shield coverage has been common all through the Summer, with WAFL starting up soon. Plenty of podcasts on more particular subjects such as Magpie Talk and UK Football Show.

Breakfast and Drive Show Mon-Thurs also worth a listen.

Shameless plug, but trust me it's better than listening to Taylor Swift/Pitbull on repeat on commercial stations and they always read out texts and answer cals on air.

The boss Colin Minson is a cricket tragic. His personal feeling and wants get in the way of the station going forward.

It should be much more popular.

He should know that people would rather listen to WAFL

Episode 1 - A preview of the Ashes series in England, with both on and off field issues discussed. Interview with former ABC Broadcaster Glenn Mitchell and Australian Test Opener Chris Rogers' Coach Andrew Walton.

Glenn Mitchell, Justin Langer and Colin Minson in line for interviews on the last show of the tour.

Fingers crossed we can get all 3.

We did, and JL in particular gave us some great insight. Hoping to return in the Summer for the Tour Down Under.

Joe Sarsaro has left Sports Beat, interested to know if anyone listened to his show and what you think of the new replacement??

Cricket is SportFM's baby so it should be a good season, RYOBI Cup on right now in fact.

I thought Joe Sarsaro was really good on mornings, had a fair bit of knowledge in variety of sports and always interacted well with his guests (both regulars and one offs), Going to be tough to replace.
Havent had a chance to hear his replacement as yet other than throwing the broadcast to the Ryobi Cup over east.. big shoes to fill though :D
