Spot on mate! Adding two very good players who have played in sides that 'can get the job done' matters when the game is in the balance, as it was for most of the match. Freo would've won that match today

We’re not? We lost 7 games by a total of 57 points.

Win three of those 7 and we’re sitting top 3.

You're better than we were in 2016 when we brought in Nank, Prestia and Caddy. Of course Freo are 'close enough', if Treacy didn't cop an untimely injury you'd probably be top 4 right now, certainly top 6.

We have hit the draft the last 5 years and have the highest number of U22 All Australians again. What stood out in th elast 4 weeks was that we need experience.

I think Bolton improves them more than Warner despite being the lesser player. Bolton is a huge upgrade on Swikowski and Walter. Warner forces one of Serong, Brayshaw and Young out of the guts. Only a slight upgrade on those slots and devalues them in the process.
