The Demons had an impressive posting cohort in season 38 with every single listed player showing up at least once - The only club to do so. The ever so present Gralin led the squad with an impressive 76.25 posts per week. Wosh (66.63 ppw) and cats2rise (58 ppw) had a very solid outing this season to be among the top three. Mobbs medal winner moginie (50.94) ranked fourth while captain Headless (44.88) was fifth.

The Demons decided to go against the poaching method over the recruitment period and had a clear target to return returning players and rookies with tgrs and p4p1 bringing in the highest hauls. They only lost one poster, and it was a delisting, showing great retention.

Mt. Buller Demons _ Posting Distribution.png

There was a fairly even distribution for the Demons with Gralin taking 16.1%. Posters outside of the top 10 claimed an impressive 12.3%, making this one of the best distributions across the league.

Mt. Buller Demons _ Average Posts _ Match Thread.png

There was a slight increase in the average of posts per week for the Demons but they still sit in the shadow of season 36.

Mt. Buller Demons _ Average Posters _ Match Thread.png

S39 it’s all poaching mwahahaha

After I beat the living spoon outta DemurePrincess in best of 3 in the SFAEW ( PhenomenalV1 ) she’s promised to come over and sit in a back pocket with me, making a delicious sandwich out of some lucky Demon yet tbd. I am also penning an especially lovely recruitment pm to TRUMAN#1 who I know secretly covets our ‘luck’ in the sim….I mean the OOB’s haven’t won every single season wtf.
I also have heartbreaking pm’s from at least 4 Wonders begging us to take them but unfortunately we had to tell them sorry **** of we’re full. Might just squeeze in Cubs2Lions tho.

Season 38 was the season of DERO (formerly "dero").

I have enjoyed being your teammate immensely old mate and Wosh is our spiritual leader.

The Hawks posting statistics are a little rough to look at but they did have 22 posters show up at least once this season. They were led by Tarkyn_24 who had the smallest 'leading average' of any club at 19.38 posts per week. The Majestic (17.44 ppw) returned halfway through the season to claim the second highest average and the retired Strigoi (16.63) third. Captain, Callums_Guns (15.94) and TY24 (13.56) round out the top five.

View attachment 2191555

The recruitment period is the Hawks favourite time of the season as they again were very active recruiting six new recruits. Out of those recruits it was PhenomenalV1 who bought in the highest posts per week with the remaining five struggling to get over 10 posts per week. Therefore, they failed to balance out the departures of MP_ to the Swamprats and Strigoi to retirement for a total net loss of 66 posts per week.

View attachment 2191556

Due to the low numbers across the board the posting distribution is very even across the team. Poster's outside of the top 10 contributed 6.3%.

View attachment 2191557

After a major rebrand, there was a major uptick of average posts per match thread in season 37 but that came tumbling down in season 38 as they slipped below 150 posts per week.

View attachment 2191558

There was a decline in the average of unique posters showing up per week after a the thought to be successful rebrand headed into it's second year.

View attachment 2191560

The 'average' active posters count headed downwards as well in season 38, claiming a five season low.

View attachment 2191562

PhenomenalV1 and por_please_ya were the only two posters to show up every single week for the Hawks.
Next season I will definitely post a lot more and be more active, been quite the year for me.
