Choco had much better Assistant Coaches, it's just a shame that Clarkson gutted our Football Department after he went to Hawthorn. I think we should surround Hinkley with better Assistant Coaches as the likes of Sutcliffe, Lobbe, Cornes and Hartlett aren't exactly inspiring names that other clubs would want on their Coaching Panel. It's hard to soar like an Eagle when you're surrounded by Turkeys.

Some have said KH has had feedback on things he needs to rectify or learn from in the past.
And he's ignored those calls.
He's pretty stubborn, which is ok if you're a winner.
But not if you're a born loser, it's not a recommended practice.

If we fail to make the 8 this year then I hope the Club get rid of Hinkley. I have a gut feeling the Club want to keep Hinkley because we're top 3 with Brisbane and Geelong for win-loss since the beginning of 2020. Season 2025 is a month away from starting so we should get behind the boys and cheer them on regardless of how we feel about the Coach.

Ken had good assistants in 20 and 21 Voss, basset, Monty and schofield which helped us get as far as we did. But It's up to the head coach to get the players in the rightmindset to perform in finals. Ken fails in this area. Look at the cats final last year. Buck stops with him don't hate the guy just believe he is not suited to the job role of head coach the fact he is in his 13th season is a disgrace. Once ken is gone it shouldn't end there Koch davies richo and certain board members also need to walk the plank.
