As a regular poster on this thread and avidly commenting on each day's reporting and you didn't pick up the reason why the front door interview was not entered into evidence?

 I've been responding to you thinking that you knew that this had been excluded from the trial because he had not been cautioned

The formal taped interview was largely admitted but could have been marred by the falure of the Police to caution him as. if I remeber correctly, the Police already had the image of his car on the Me Hotham Rd

If he had been cautioned, this evidence may have been admitted into evidence which would have made the Prosecution's case so much easier
