I wasn't super confident for this season

My best case scenario was make the 8 and not go much further

Hardwick knows what we need

He is definitely the Coach to take us forward

I'm actually more certain of that now than ever

I always feel our wins are lucky in strange way

It's like "We're winning.What do we do now??"

Some games it clicks and we all feel like we're on our way but even our great wins nver seem like they're based on a week in week out reproducible formula

There's nothing in our DNA that knows how to win tough or smart

No-one in our first 22 has that "knowledge"

Nor has there ever been anyone in the team with that knowledge since Gary Ablett

Thre's no-one our young guys can look to and say "That's how you do it!"

Our team needs some strong immunity and that's going to need a bone marrow transplant from a healthy donor with winning white cells
