Be a very tight contest between Kade and Tommy Langdon from the Pies for me.

Their stats to date are nearly identical except Tom has played 2 extra games. Whoever has the better 2nd half of the season should win it.

Langdon is his biggest threat, yep. But Kade I'd say is the better performer. Kade is doing everything that Langdon is doing, but kicking goals as well!

Great on the weekend. Probably favorite to win the whole thing. Only thing that might hurt Kade is that he isn't in Victoria, while Langdon plays for the biggest club in the land, so we will see.

I distinctly remember Clayton saying that he thought Kade was the best talent in this draft or the 3rd best. I can't remember which one it was but he was implying even if he had an earlier pick he still would have taken Kade. As you all know I was a big fan of Kade a couple months before the draft so was ecstatic when he was selected by us. So far looks like Scotty has pulled off another ripper draft gem. Best performed so far.

I remember Bluey saying that he just sees the game unfolding before him like a veteran. Very very rare in a kid with such inexperience.

Maybe that's what Clayton was talking about?

Nah it was just after the draft maybe even on the night where Clayton said even if they had the number two pick they would have selected Kade. Said he is the best talent behind Boyd. I can't remember if he said behind Boyd or Boyd and Kelly though. Someone may remember.
