With my club membership I got the 1 year Kayo Subscription.

It works fine with the app on my smartphone or TV however if I try to use the website version with a browser on my laptop I get redirected to Hubble which tells me I have no valid voucher for the Kayo service.
Has anyone else encountered this problem?

I will probably just call member services if no one else knows what I'm talking about but I thought it would be worth asking others here first in case there's a simple solution.

From memory mate, there should be a QR code on the log in screen that will take you to the Hubble page and automatically enter the verification code for you.

I have it set up on my laptop here at work for when the boss is out of the office on night shift. ;)

There's two ways to log in, with your email and phone number. I have had some issues with the email log in before (not now though) and swapping to logging in with my phone number worked.

Have you tried an incognito mode (private browser mode) or a different browser (Edge)?


Sounds like something may be cached.
E Shed - looks to be a Kayo issue, so you will need to contact them.

You can try the below solution and see if it works.

Is this the digital membership?

How much is it for the year?
Trying to subscribe but atm it’s 25 dollars a month for only 1 screen and limited access.

300 for the year seems steep for only one streaming at the same time
