I feel sorry for TJ. He’s made the most of his talent and has had a good career, but he’s getting his legacy tainted every minute he spends on the field.
I don’t. He should have retired last year, absolute selfish individual. This is also on the club too.

Well done Carlton. They've established a game style that has hurt us and maximised the damage. They sat back in defence, choked us up, then rebounded and ran with pace and efficient ball use. Then after they absorbed our shot they got their run out of the middle and they cashed in big time.

The rest of the game we've been our own worst enemy. We have space and time everywhere. There is talk of some Carlton pressure, but we're running rings around them. We're not really feeling that at all, what's happening is we're kicking straight into their defensive counter attack style, we're handballing and kicking poorly, making poor decisions and creating pressure, and then worst of all we are blowing an insane amount of easy opportunities not only on goal, but also when it comes to moving the ball inside 50.

Eventually we had to have the off-day and maybe this is it, because this has been disgusting.

Extra special bake for the coaching staff and their too-cute selections. Curnow proving way too agile for Jonas. If only we had a better moving, tall half back to cater for him. Then Mead, what a ****ing joke of a selection. Why in the world are you picking a mid to play a small forward shut down role. He hasn't been playing that!!! Evans, Fantasia, all of these guys are far, far better options for the role. Its just crazy stuff. Why is Butters playing majority half forward as well? It makes no sense

We are leading all the contest stuff and getting destroyed on turnover.

Can't kick goals when going forward and can't stop them when they get it forward. It's pretty much an Anti Port game.

I reckon Lord has a negative 4 or 5 player rating points with his simple shots on goal and kicking on the full.

Has he been going to the Johnny Butcher school of goal kicking???

yeah port adelaide the last 10 years

Duurs gets a pass. Long injury lay off, even with a couple weeks in the 2nds. The rest have been putrid.
Very generous Nick. Xavier’s reputation is based on 2019. He has shown himself since to be injury prone and a mid-tier AFL player at best, even allowing for the lay off which has preceded today’s rubbish. Those short turnover passes are pure, unadulterated crap for a player with his experience.
