Listening to SEN today with Tim Magrath talking today it got me wondering how many players have left North and gone on and played for another club and can we make a team from them . l'm not sure if this has been done before but please add players if you think of them.

There was a tallish centreman with very dodgy hamstrings. Left North in the 80s and went to the Bears - Rick Norman. Anyone remember him???

Tall, thin young ruckman who played almost no games for us. Took a screamer at the Dome. Went to Carlton under Pagan, IIRC. Name?

Just looked him up, interestingly he played his first two games for North against Essendon then Sydney.

He then played for both those clubs over the next 6 years and finished up playing his last two games for Sydney against Essendon then North in the 96 GF.

I think the naming of a team in which the ex North player become a better player would be more interesting. Listing names like Carey etc... doesn't read right. I haven't got the time to put one together but maybe someone like Cam Mooney could be captain. Liam Pickering vice captain. Tudor the goal sneak. Derek Kickett, etc....
Anyone got the time to add to a list like this?
