The compensation isn't intended to be more than a gesture. 66 for Young is less than I expected, I admit, but you guys are misunderstanding the system if you were expecting us to be fairly compensated, or get anything like what we could have gotten as a trade for either player.

Moloney, Lynch and Young all got ranked equally. The different picks for compensation reflect the fact that the compensation picks are tied to ladder position, so they were all deemed to be worth a third round pick for compensation but each team's third round pick is at a different position of the third round. It should not be tied to ladder position. That is the main problem.
